This mess is a chili chicken dish from Yueh Tung, a Chinese restaurant in downtown Toronto. It is certainly more flavorful than similar dishes elsewhere and I am not quite sure why. On this particular day, it was more spicy than normal making it just fantastic on such a cold day.
So if it is so good, why only Fridays?
Well, it does cost around $7 and it is still a bit of a trip from where I work. Given the chance, I'd go there more often.
